Pain physioOur understanding of pain has increased dramatically over the last decade. We know that your pain experience is unique to you and that an understanding of of what is going on is an important factor in dealing with it.

Whether from an acute injury or if you’ve been experiencing pain over a long period of time you will be educated about where your pain comes from, why things hurt, what changes pain levels and when it’s OK to experience some hurt in the pursuit of recovery. That’s right, there’s such a thing as good pain.
